These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and the RiseMind team ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the RiseMind mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Your local currency equivalent will be displayed at purchase.
Free trial: Monthly and Annual plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.
Lifetime: The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that provides permanent access to Pro features for the duration that the App is available. It does not auto-renew.
Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies respectively. We are unable to process refunds directly.

All quotes, audio content, and materials within RiseMind are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Quotes from historical figures are used under public domain or fair use principles. Where attribution is provided, we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.
Your content: Any journal entries, notes, or data you create in the App belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal content. See our Privacy Policy for how your content is stored and protected.
RiseMind is a motivational and wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
